I signed up for a first-round interview on my campus after Gartner's presentation to students here. I met with their recruiter, who asked me behavioral questions about experiences and skills. We made small talk as well, so it was a casual and enjoyable conversation. They recommended me for the second-round, emailed me a couple weeks later to schedule it, but I was ghosted (the email had not even been opened). So right there, Gartner recruitment's accountability falls flat.

Interview was very laid back and easy. Few technical questions. Guesstimates were also there. Questions from marketing domain because the profile that wasb being offered was related to market research.

I was referred to Gartner by a current employee. I did the first interview and was very prepared and studied the company and the role. After the interview I was passed over for the job. The employee who referred me asked why and the interviewer said I was too prepared for the interview. I lost a lot of respect for the company after that.
