      Research Analyst Specialist Interview

      Jan 9, 2019
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Arlington, VA
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner (Arlington, VA) in Jan 2019

      Interview

I was recruited on LinkedIn and her colleague interviewed me over the phone for about an hour (what research have you done before, what is your job experience, just getting to know you). About two weeks later I received an email for a final round interview consisting of a one hour behavioral interview and right after a one hour case study. The behavior interview was structured but not rushed and the interviewer was very understanding and sweet. The case study was a consulting case and wasn't completely impossible but required a lot of studying for. The interviewer was very polite, high energy, and loved her job after 11 years of working there. Overall a very positive, seamless interview process with very nice, fun people. I just had the interview in the last day or so, so I don't know if I got the offer or not yet!!
