Only reached phone interview stage, Basic Personal questions. A few about the company itself and what you were looking for by working for them. Second Interview would be in person with multiple people.
Very informal, very unprofessional, and it seemed like the interviewer was trying to rush through it to get to something else. The interviewer acted like I was inconveniencing her by asking questions about the role and how in translates into full time employment down the line.

They asked STAR questions about your school or professional experience. They asked me how I managed skills and demonstrated leadership. The interview was not easy, but not hard. I would say prepare ahead of time.
Supportive recruitment process and hiring team. They guided me through the process giving me a good amount of support and the supporting documentation that would be required whilst also providing actionable development points to inout as the stages of the process continued
