Interview
I applied on the Gartner Workday application and got a response back within 3 days. Next a call with Recruitment where I got to learn more about the role, pitch my resume and go into my motivations for applying. This was a productive meeting and set me up for a meeting with the hiring manager.
I left the meeting with the hiring manager really excited about the role and with a full understanding of the process. Thereafter Recruitment quickly set up a meeting with the sales director, which went well.
That afternoon Recruitment confirmed my selection for the panel interview stage and sent on what I needed to prepare. I had week until panel to prepare and midway a checkin call with Recruiter on my progress. This was an invaluable step, and I felt well prepared.
The panel was a great experience, although obviously intense but I was prepared so my performance was above par. The panel comprised of a sales discovery meeting with the C-suite followed by 360 feedback, and then a presentation about me and what I bring to the role.
I received an offer the next day, which I accepted. The whole process was less than 3 weeks from application. The professionalism and support I received throughout really set the experience apart. Well done Gartner
