I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Gartner (Dallas, TX) in May 2024
Interview
The initial interview was over the phone, and the questions were all behavioral-based, so be prepared to recall specific scenarios from your experience. The recruiter was cold, and she asked me ELEVEN back-to-back questions without a break. This was for a non-leadership role. Her interviewing style was a bit offputting, which made me not want to join.
I spoke to an employee I know there, and she said that she's had friends who went through the process and said the same thing about the recruiters: they can be cold. This is so unfortunate that they're creating a bad candidate expereince b/c I've heard such wonderful things about the culture and they're not doing a great job at representing this.
