Interview
My interview process for the Business Development Manager position at Gartner London was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the conversations themselves were engaging, and I felt that the interviewer and I had a good rapport. The discussions allowed me to clearly express my qualifications and experience, and I appreciated the opportunity to delve into the specifics of the role.
However, there were some logistical challenges that made the overall experience less smooth. The interviewer appeared to be somewhat behind schedule, which led to delays in the process. Additionally, after the interviews concluded, I didn’t receive any feedback for at least two weeks. This lack of communication created some uncertainty and frustration, as I was eager to hear the next steps or receive any constructive feedback.
While the content of the interviews was positive and aligned well with my expectations, the delays and lack of timely feedback suggested some internal scheduling issues or other factors that impacted the process. Despite these hiccups, I still view Gartner as a reputable company, though the interview experience left some room for improvement in terms of communication and timeliness.
