The interview process is ok but unfortunately you will be ghosted, even after 3 follow up emails. That’s not how it is supposed to be for such a big and reputable company. No respect

Lengthy. Three interviews. Phone interview with the recruiter. 1 interview with the hiring manager. 1 interview with a colleague. They did not get back to me for a month before ghosting me.

Interview was pretty standard, it was about ten questions and was prompted to answer them situationally. The recruiter helped prepare me for the interview which I thought was very helpful.
