I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Gartner (Zürich) in May 2024
Interview
It was a relatively easy conversation, with a good flow of questions and general conversation to get to know each other.
We were first talking about an AM position, and then the recruiter said I would be a better fit for the AE position. This could indeed also make sense, so I said that I'd be open to explore that in a follow-up interview, which the recruiter suggested. He asked for dates, I gave him dates, he ghosted me for a couple of weeks, came back to me to ask for new dates, and then again when I gave the new dates, he again ghosted me.
Too bad.

Made it to the last of several grueling rounds of interviews. After receiving no constructive criticism/negative feedback, I wasn’t extended an offer. No one could tell me why. Leads me to think they had already picked someone for the job before I even interviewed.
Quite a long process - well organised and mapped out with several behavioural questions taking majority of the time. Overall I found the process very different to previous companies with Gartner very keen to show you are following their prompts in the prep material.
