I had 3 interviews. 1. Recruiter 2. Hiring managers 3. Last interview was a panel presentation with 5 people on call. Was difficult but was able to get a good idea of the role and expectations.

Met with recruiter, then hiring manager, then a VP for a different team. Interviews were very unstructured and more about the role and Gartner then me. More of a vibe check then interview.
Then I was ghosted. Contacted recruiter for timeline and no response for 2 weeks. Had to go to their portal to see I was rejected. Very unprofessional.
Huge waste of time. They had me do a whole presentation on Power BI of sample data just to tell me they didn't think I had enough experience presenting to senior leadership. This was an entry level role and honestly have no idea what they are expecting
