A complete waste of time where everyone in panel is literally fishing for ideas from candidates as they have ran out of 10001 ways to bill their clients for their standard answer & mediocre services disguised as 'thought leadership'.

Very loose, unstructured. Nobody seemed to have a plan for what they wanted to learn
In retrospect they already had an internal candidate and so it was a waste of time
