Interview
A quick 15 minute phone call; normal interview questions where they asked about why and what knew about the job. Then I had a second phone call for a whole different position in which I was ghosted. Wouldn’t want to work for a company where I am sitting waiting for a phone call, and they end up not replying to my follow up email.

Met with recruiter, then hiring manager, then a VP for a different team. Interviews were very unstructured and more about the role and Gartner then me. More of a vibe check then interview.
Then I was ghosted. Contacted recruiter for timeline and no response for 2 weeks. Had to go to their portal to see I was rejected. Very unprofessional.
Huge waste of time. They had me do a whole presentation on Power BI of sample data just to tell me they didn't think I had enough experience presenting to senior leadership. This was an entry level role and honestly have no idea what they are expecting
