I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner (Barcelona) in Dec 2024
Interview
Tough interview process with a lot of resources to learn before the first call. Numerous interviews with different people as well as a Mock call interview to test your cold calling skills.
It was super long. 5 rounds of interviews 1-2 hours each + 2-3 preparation calls in between.
Super tiring with a lot of repetitive questions which you always need to provide a new answer. Even 2 times bigger companies has no such process.
lots of resources provided and coaching, very warm and friendly team. They also provide a lot of tips and tricks to wow interviewers. You also get to meet with someone in the position you've applied for to get a feel of the day to day.
