Each person at each step were very involved in the process. I made it through all the interviews and feel short at the offer step. Each interview focused on different aspects of the candidate profile. HR is the Human Aspect, soft skills. Hiring Manager is the hard skills. Executive interview was a combination of both.

Two rounds of recruiter interviews, then onto an interview with the hiring manager. All in all it was a good experience. Asked general behavioral questions and gave me good feedback
