Poorly managed from beginning to end in terms of the interview day. The HRD had forgotten to attend the interview and the Consultant who had interviewed me was not prepped and did not know that I was attending the interview and stood in for the absent HRD. My interview was supposed to be for 1 hour and due to the fact that the Consultant was not briefed correctly. As a HR professional I was perturbed to say the least.
