Interview
I applied online through third party agency. Had a screening call with a recruitment then was invited for the first round interview in person at the location at Schiphol Airport. The interview was with the direct manager, overall quite positive experience. I was then invited for the 2nd round of interview also in person this time with one of the potential peer. Everything went well and I felt I really wanted to work in this role with them. The entire process took a little bit a time but I understood that as they were busy ( more than a month ). I got a job offer in the end but what happened after that is absolutely disgusting. I was interviewing for other companies and received another job offer at the same time. I called several time to make sure we have agreement with Gate Gourmet before rejecting other offer. I accepted a pre-offer with my recruiter then received an email from HR of Gate Gourmet confirming I had been selected. They asked me to wait one week for all the details as everyone was on holiday ( that's fine it was July ). They made me wait 4 weeks after which they stopped replying to me. My recruiter went on vacation as well, so for 4 weeks I had no signs of any progress. Eventually I found out ( around September ) that the manager went on long sickness leave ( some emergency) and they could not find one person in the entire company to take over his responsibilities and sign the contract with me. They made me lose 4 months of my time, two other job offers from different companies and more potential interviews. This is an absolute disgrace but also a huge red fag. I haven't even heard any word of explanation from any of them. Do not recommend, at least the Amsterdam location.

Interview
Fue muy fácil la entrevista, te preguntan sobre ti y las típicas preguntas. El proceso es rápido pero requieren un nivel de inglés alto. Realmente mucha gente va a dejar su solicitud de empleo y salen contratados ese mismo dia
