Gates Corporation Leadership Development Program (MBA LDP) Interview interview questions

I applied online, and had a phone interview scheduled a few weeks later. Pretty standard behavioral interview, kind of felt like my interviewer wasn't really paying much attention, just reading off questions, but maybe that was intentional. Definitely wanted to hear that you had legitimate interest in the industry, which I tried to convey but may have whiffed on. I was somewhat surprised how much I felt pressured to have applicable experience in manufacturing/industrials, consider I was interviewing for a development program that is designed to give you all of the broad exposure you would need.
