Be prepared to have your time wasted - I did 11 rounds (ELEVEN!) of interview each 30-45 minutes with hiring manager, recruiter, 4 colleagues in the role. Only to be told they went with an internal candidate? After the 9th round they said that they had failed to eliminate any candidates since the 5th round - so for multiple rounds they were so indecisive they just kept pushing all candidates forward? And then chose their internal favorite? I don’t think they realize the time and prep that goes into interviewing for candidates. For each interview I either took a half-full day off of work or an entire weekend to prepare. Totally unfair, very self righteous group of people. A couple of the questions asked by the interviewers were objectively ill prepared and confusing. I had to restrain myself from pointing out logical faults in the premises. Honestly by the 9th/10th call I was over it and kind of hoping not to have to work here. I’ve been in this industry years and they’re a special type of pretentious.
