I was introduced to the company by a friend from another trading company. My introduction was to a senior trader who conducted the initial interview and recommended me for further interviews in person in Omaha. The interview process took about 60 days from first speaking to my contact to the full interviews. The offer was closed within two weeks of the final group interview.
