Interview
Met a Gavilon recruiter at a campus event. Talked to him and then he called me up for an interview the next day. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. No curve balls. It does seem like they are looking for a specific type more so than qualifications, so don't take it personally if you don't receive an offer.

Your basic questions like "Why Gavilon." Having a good understanding of Commodities and Futures contracts will definitely help you shine, as that's what most of the work is.
