It was generic basic interview questions, nothing too technical. A lot of customer support situations and how would you handle it. If I remember, one of the questions was asking to know the difference of computer parts?
Basic questions. Primarily personality-based or customer service-based. Very few technical questions, just more focused on qualification or past experience. went over my resume and my future goals and started talking about availablity during weeknds and holidays so super basic. Just make sure to bring a physical copy of your resume for the interview,

Very easy and relaxed process. They sat me down at a table with two hiring managers and asked me a bunch of questions from their pre-determined sheet. I was offered the job but declined because I’m in college and they wanted me to work 40hrs minimum. They told me they were severely understaffed
