Applied online, was asked to come in for an in person interview. First interview was with the assistant manager of the precinct, simple customer service level questions. What would you do if a customer complained about a device being broken when it was returned after servicing? Most of the questions were pre-selected and the interviewer did not stray from the script. Received a call for a second interview the next day. Second interview was with the store AGM, again pre-selected customer service focused questions. Second interviewer offered the job on the spot.
