Interview
The interview process was rushed. I was hired during the holiday season, and missed the opportunity to converse with upper management. I was sat down, interviewed through three different packets by the same individual, and hired on the spot. Looking back on it, the whole scenario was really unprofessional, but as a college student, it worked.

Interview
The interview consisted entirely of a one-way video submission. Questions were presented either in writing or through prerecorded videos, and applicants were required to record timed video responses instead of speaking with an actual interviewer. I found the process uncomfortable and impersonal, as it didn't provide any opportunity to interact with someone from the company or ask questions. It felt more like recording an audition than participating in an interview. I also experienced what appeared to be a technical issue where one of the prerecorded videos continued to play into my allotted response time, reducing the time I had to answer. Overall, I don't feel this format does a good job of evaluating candidates or allowing them to showcase their personality, communication skills, and technical skills.
