The hiring process is very Long. Genentech takes forever to make a hiring decision. There are many phone screens by multiple recruiters and HR. Once your selected, you will interview with the hiring manager, upper management and staff. The interviews are one on one and in groups. Some interviews are during lunch, offices and conference rooms.
