Interview
Multiple, full day interviews from all areas of the organization and at all levels. Questions varied greatly. Some were on my resume. Others were on how I would approach a particular problem. Most people were very nice, but the questions were intense and the interview process is lengthy. They very much emphasize fit with the culture, so be sure to emphasize teamwork and collaboration skills.
Very professional and friendly, the panel was very professional and focused on the questions at hand, they arrived on time and had a formatted guide of questions , they took notes

What led to that situation? What was causing your counterpart's
emotions? What did you do to resolve it?
3 interviews, strung along for 6 weeks, no response. They kept calling me back for more interviews and did not end up giving me an offer and when I reached out for a status update I received no reply. Some transparency would have been nice.
