Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Most difficult questions came up during the presentation, mostly about why you chose a particular approach, challenges your assumptions, etc. Tough but fair crowd.
The entire process felt somewhat uninvolved, with long gaps between stages. While they asked extensive questions, there was limited follow-up, making the experience feel somewhat disjointed and lacking in engagement.

I applied a few different positions in the online system. After about one month, one manager sent me an email to set up a phone interview. The interview lasted for 30 minutes. The manager introduced the biostatistics team, detailed information about the job responsibilities and the requirements. Questions mainly focus on resume.
