I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Genentech (South San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Interview was in depth, more of a "You interview Us" method. Lated 2 1/2 hours very positive. However the Job was not all they made it out to be. Very poor onboarding, Lack luster engagement by the team, poor communications. And no mechanism to raise alarm over operations issues created by weak ill advised solutions. I was expected to just go along to get along. Very unacceptable, and destructive to the Patient Access mission.
