A day after my resume was submitted to Genetech by a recruiter for Kelly Scientific Resourses, a phone interview was arranged. The next day I interviewed with a panel of three managers in Medical Affairs Compliance (gMAC) on the phone.

Interview
I received a phone call screening from the program manager of the department before being asked to take part in the formal interview process. I had an informal panel interview with the rest of the 3-person team, each of whom had prepared their own questions. Following that I had a 1 on 1 interview with the director of the department.
