~8 hr long virtual interview (done via google meets) with potential mentors and their teams, other postdocs, program coordinator, with seminar talk. They ask you questions, and you can ask questions to them.

Initial application consisting of cv submission and choices of postdoc mentors followed by one-way video interview, followed by decision to proceed with one day interviews, took a total of 10 months. Long time to hear any response back.
The interview process consisted of a first interview with both the hiring managers, a technical round to check skills, and finally an on-site interview with individual interviews with members of the team.
