The interview process was excessively long. They do not follow up in a timely manner. On site people rushed me, canceled or rescheduled, or moved to a 'teleconference' while I was there on site. I have stellar background and had pages of references. They speak about 'casual intensity' but they did not ask any clarifying questions based on my answers. I found employees negatively shared $$$ the cost of living was in SF and how they wanted to leave. Unimpressed with process. Sent my rejection letter to me while I was there for the second round - which was auto-generated by HR but I was still 'in the process'. Absolute waste of 4 months of my time.
