I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Genentech (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2025
Interview
The process began smoothly. I applied in late May and heard back in early June. The first round consisted of a one-way video interview. A month later, I was asked to complete a second one-way video interview. Shortly afterward, I was informed that I was not selected for the role.
At no point did I have the opportunity to speak with anyone from the company. The process felt impersonal and lacked basic courtesy toward candidates. Overall, it was a very discouraging and inhumane experience.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Genentech (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2025
Interview
The process began very smoothly. I was invited to complete the first round via a video submission and later progressed to a second round, also requiring a video submission. Unfortunately, I have not received any communication since the second round, even though the role remains posted. While the experience started positively, the lack of follow-up has been disappointing.
