I had a phone interview with a recruiter on April 8th, 2025. She asked some basic questions, and I thought the conversation went well. She mentioned she’d follow up by Friday, but I never heard back. I sent a follow-up email asking for an update — no response. I followed up again, and still nothing. At this point, it’s clear they’ve decided to ghost me rather than send even a basic rejection email. It’s disappointing and unprofessional. Communication is a simple courtesy, and not hearing anything back feels like a waste of time. Experiences like this really reflect poorly on the company and its hiring process.
