Interview
I applied online on GA's website. About 6 weeks later I got a call from HR asking me when I could do a phone interview with the lead engineer. Set up a phone interview with him two days later but it had to get postponed another two days. Phone interview was pretty straight forward. First he explained the position to me and then asked me why I should work there. The entire phone call was only 20 minutes long and he offered me the job on the spot.
