It was a huge hiring event and my interview was scheduled for 4:00 PM and I had to wait in a room for an additional 2 hours. The role was focused around using Matlab as one of their main technologies and they didn't expect me to know anything about Matlab but were evaluating my overall ability as a worker to ensure I would stay and want to learn.
