The site is a foundary that was undergoing some construction and preparing to install new equipment. After talking to that company I was then invited on GM's site to have an in person interview with the team lead and the industrial engineer manager. The interview was in 3 parts, first I was able to ask questions about the company/job, then they asked questions to know what skills I have and know what I did, and lastly they ask you to answer in one minute why they should hire you.
