Went to the plant and waited with about 25 other job hopefuls. Had to take a 90 question exam plus an assembly tesy for and hour standing up. It was a breeze for me but a lot of people had a hard time putting thing together.

Interview
Took the online assessment then asked to take the hands on assessment test. The online questions were common sense for the most part and the hands on test was basically reading and following instructions screwing screws in the correct spots, and finding defective parts.
