I went to a campus career fair that GM was at and spoke with a recruiter there. I had an interview with two people the next day with them and then about a couple weeks later was contacted by HR with a job offer.

Basic interview questions, 'tell me a time when..' type of questions. Nothing too challenging.
Met at a job fair.
Gave them resume.
Initial interview on campus next day.
Easy questions. Nothing technical here.
Real interview on campus a couple weeks later.
Hard questions. Interviewer did not speak English very well either. Kind of turned me off to the company a bit.
