Received an email from the internal recruiter in December and scheduled first meeting in early January. Prepared for days in advance, meeting went "extremely well" (recruiters' own words) and followed up later that day with a thank you. Heard nothing from them for 2 weeks so sent a brief follow up note and nothing. Then, 2 months later out of the blue got a standard rejection letter. Apparently this job was posted multiple times on LinkedIn, so I'm not sure what was going on, but just a bad process and company from my experience.
