Interview
uploaded my resume and applied for a position on the company website, contacted by a recruiter, interviewed at a few different facilities associated with genesis healthcare
(that i applied for). the recruiter contacted me asking which facility i was more interested working in, and received an offer within two days following the interview. everyone involved in the hiring process was very friendly and professional. the interview was very easy, they pretty much gave me an orientation, background information of the company/ setting, and employee expectations during an hour interview. i didn't get any challenging or unexpected question; the most difficult part of the interview was asking the directors "smart questions" or "impressive questions".

Interviewed for a DOR position. Good appropriate questions. About an hour, with plenty of time for me to ask my questions. I was surprised when the area director asked me - how can the company help me grow professionally!
