Interview
I was given a 50 question multiple question test which included two dosage calculations. Interview was fairly generic. I was asked about 10 questions. Given about 10 pages of paperwork. Took a drug test. And offered a position upon successfully meeting all requirements. You will need 5 references and orientation is held for 3 days at the headquarters in Newtown Square, PA

The interview process was very simple and direct. Expectations and roles are clearly described. The interviewer allowed time for questions and assisted with answers that they were not completely sure on.
There was basically no interview. Walked in as a new grad with 0 experience and was immediately offered a position. They are obviously understaffed with agency nurses on every unit. Not safe to work here.
Everyone was friendly and professional. I received a tour of the facility and a printed version of the job description. The staff were relaxed and informative. Quick to respond to questions via email and phone.
