Phone followed by a second interview with direct manager. Very common interview questions and we talked salary and benefits on the first interview. It was not intimidating at all and I was confident that I was going to be hired afterward. You have to do background checks and get some medical testing, but they pay for the FIB fingerprinting and reimburse the medical vaccines and testing up to $50.
