It took about 5 months for the whole process. I did reach the last step (group interview), but it was not a pleasant experience. I honestly felt marginalized and devalued in my group. Two of the candidates kept talking and I only got to speak when they asked (and only after they had already shared their ideas and there was not much left to add). If I did say something, they were either dismissive or not very receptive.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
For the individual Zoom interview with a recruiter, questions were about your resume, projects, how you overcame a challenge, where you see yourself in the future, etc. For the group interview, it was to come up with a limited list of items to take with you when you abandon a ship on fire and reach an island by life raft.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Genesis10 (Charlotte, NC) in Oct 2019
Interview
Polite, informative phone exchange. This phone interview served as a screening process prior to an aptitude test and behavioral Skype interview. If successful, there will be an in-person interview in Charlotte.
