Not really clear, interviewed by someone with less qualifications than myself, she didn't even read the resume in advance, and definitely was not prepared to ask intelligent questions to draw out the knowledge-base and skills/exp of the candidate, and also tried to wing it with the proverbial "let's shoot the breeze with directionless light conversation for the majority of our precious time, and in the interim I'll try to skim your resume while you talk and come up with a relevant question of two." completely wasted time and never got to the most current relevant skills.....definitely not trained in modern ways to get at the heart of a candidate's qualifications. Definitely from the old school of the "let me show you how smart I am" adversarial interview if I don't like you, and let me keep talking over you whenever you try to pivot to why you're qualified.

Phone call - then got scheduled for in person interview with 3 people. I met with 2 women and 1 gentleman. I would have to say they were very picky about my words and rude overall. Later when I spoke with their boss - they ended up lying about my interview and saying things that never were said in my interview. My opinon is that this was more racial than anything. I was already skeptical to come in for the interview given that the reviews here are so poor, but I wanted to see for myself. I would not recommend interviewing here for ANY position in the future.
