Genesys Customer Success interview questions

I was lied to as the hiring manager ensured me that I was still in the game and described in details what the next steps would have looked like. However, I heard nothing for more than a week, during which I had to reach out to the recruiter twice. In the end, I was told that they had found somebody with more experience. I have now noticed that they have opened a new vacancy for the exact same position, which says a lot about this company's transparency. That said, I had an initial interview with an internal recruiter followed by one with the hiring manager.
