There is a lot of competition, at least in Saint John, to get into a position at Genesys so only those with top notch relevant experience and resumes will likely interview. The interview for me consisted of the local V.P, Director and my soon to be Manager. The questions were standard, but the process was laid-back. (To me it seemed that they liked the resume and wanted to ensure I would get along well with the rest of the team). Of course, as always, make sure you know some specifics on the companies products / market when you enter the interview. You will be asked what you know.
