The entire hiring team was incredibly pleasant to work with. They made my time and effort feel appreciated as well as making their availability completely open. I felt like they took a strong interest in discovering the perfect fit for the team and made me feel right at home from the start. I accepted this position primarily because I got to know really great people in this process and I trust they will be strong partners in success within this awesome company!

They chose someone else, but let me know less than a week after the last meeting, which I appreciated.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Genesys in May 2022
Interview
Red flags everywhere! Shortly after submitting my online application, I was contacted by a recruiter and scheduled an initial interview. So far, so good. The morning of the interview, I was emailed by the recruiter saying he was sick and had to reschedule for a later date. OK, no problem. It happens and I was notified beforehand. We scheduled another interview for the following week. The interview time came and went and he was a no-show. Ten minutes past the interview time, I emailed him and got a cursory reply stating that we'd have to reschedule once again. He offered no reason for the missed call and no apology for not notifying me and wasting my time. MAJOR red flag! We finally had the interview a few days later. It lasted all of 9 minutes, however, it seemed to go fairly well and I was told he would reach out to the Hiring Manager and schedule a second interview. I sent a thank-you note shortly afterwards and that is where all communication ended. I was ghosted despite two emails asking for a reply regarding the job status. It is now 2 weeks after the interview and I have heard nothing. This behavior, which is pervasive among recruiters, is totally disrespectful and unprofessional. If this is how they treat employees, then maybe I dodged a bullet by not working here.
