Received a reply from the recruiter 2 days after submitting my resume. I had 4 Skype Interviews (1 with the recruiter, 2 with potential colleagues I would work with, and 1 with the Director) due to the offices being in different countries (Columbia and UK respectively) and 1 in-person interview with the colleague I'll be potential working with. Even though my interviews with each were great and have great potential, I was not selected to be offered the position.
