I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Gensler (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2015
Interview
The interview process lasted on and off for 2-3 months; 4 long interviews, 2 of the interviews was with 2 project managers and 2 more interviews with principles. All the interviews felt more like a conversation than an interview. Really nice people.

Do you know revit?
1 interview + many follow-up calls. HR and the office that you apply to might be in different locations. 45-60mins interview was quick and efficient, and they have many professional teams to discuss different questions that you have.

Question 1
what type of projects you want to participate in the most?
The interview with HR is friendly. They gave a lot of information about the office. It is a bit slow to get an interview scheduled with them since they have a lot of candidates.
