First interview was with the a member of the HR Dept. About a week later I received an interview with the hiring manager. The interview was very in-depth asking specific terms and processes that were specific to the companies individual process. I was told at the end of the interview that I would hear back in about a week on either next steps or if I wasn't selected. After a week with no communication, I sent a follow-up email to the HR person, as that was the only email address I had, and never received a response. Now 5 weeks since the interview I still never received so much as an automated/form letter reject email, company completely ghosted me.
