Question 1
Within 3 weeks of submitting my online application, I was given a 15 minute phone screening by the hiring manager. This was not a difficult process at all. In fact, they were probably under-prepared. I would venture to say that I “turned the tables” on them because I had more questions than they did. A day later, I had the in-person interview. The next day, I got the offer via the phone.
