Was contacted by an internal recruiter/HR person. Initially met with someone building out a new team, went well, and was referred to their Head of Creative. Unfortunately they got pulled last minute to business trip, but luckily, they managed to pull 4/5 people from one of their major accounts to meet. Interview went really well, in follow ups they said they could all see a fit. Then met with their head of creative and after subsequent follow ups haven't heard anything back.
